Easing a Very difficult Medical Trip to UCLA, CA

On Very Very short notice our family had a medical emergency. Sandy worked fast and diligently to book plane tickets, hotel rooms and car rental all within 2 hours and away we went. Even though some Hotel Rooms where not quite what we had thought on the description on the computer, Sandy Jumped into Action to smooth and fix things.
